Cinnamon Roll Cake

Every couple of months I make homemade cinnamon rolls for my family, but they are very time intensive and I can’t always fit them into my schedule.  When I saw this recipe on Pinterest: http://pinterest.com/pin/173670129350341978/ –  I thought “Perfect – it looks easy and will take much less time.”  I’m hoping they will like it and this can become an in-between cinnamon roll time treat – I’ll find out tomorrow. The re-pin on Pinterest was from the “Cookin Up North” blog: http://cookinupnorth.blogspot.com/2011/07/cinnamon-roll-cake.html.  You can find many tasty recipes here so stop by and visit it when you have a spare minute or two.  It might solve a “what to make?” dilemma for you!  😉
