No one describes the ache for spring better than Mark Twain, Robyn, and no one captures it in photography better than you do! I think Twain would be pleased to have your art teamed with his words.
Thanks Adrian! I thought of your post last week with the Daffodil field. I have many in my yard, but no comparison to an entire field of them! Have a great week!
That quote from Mark Twain is the perfect spring quote. I really like the second picture, with the solid red background and the perfectly positioned flower.
Thank so much! We actually have cooler temps and rain today…it was summer weather over the weekend though and I felt like I was in Heaven! Send warm thoughts your way! Robyn
Both good images, Robyn, but my heart is entirely taken by the one with the red backdrop – the colours, lighting and composition really rock – although I would have removed that small, diffuse pale area at bottom right. Very good stuff! Adrian

Ours is just about over. Daffies long gone…. but gorgeous shots as a reminder.
Thanks Gunta! Have a great week!
How can one not love daffodils???
I can’t fathom it! They truly are the sign of new beginnings! Have a terrific week!

Hopefully soon Elizabeth!
Please, Robyn, send some spring warmth this way! Still quite cold and some snow! Lovely shots, by the way 🙂
