When visiting Costa Rica we had some very delightful meals. One of my favorites was a half of an avocado with shrimp salad. I don’t mean to tease your taste buds, but, it was so pretty when it arrived I had to photograph it. It was as delicious as it looked. We also enjoyed many tasty beverages, but one in particular reminded us of our dear friends who live in Texas – The Fabulous Gaines Family of Five, and of course, the Magnificent Boswell Family of Five who live in Missouri.
